The Malole menu is designed and prepared
by Maria Pinero, our Spanish and Argentine trained
chef and her team. Maria sources a wide range of fresh ingredients
locally and accents them with a few choice imported products to create
healthy and flavorful Mediterranean and Asian dishes that are satisfying
without weighing you down.
Room rates include:
• Breakfast: Tea-coffee-milk. Cereals. Coconut
juice or coconut water. Fruit. Pancakes w local honey. Toast with
cheese, butter, jam, or home made peanut butter. Scrambled eggs
or omelette.
• Buffet style lunch: Combines fresh sea
food and a refreshing variety of salads.
• Three-course dinner: International dishes
including Sushi, Mexican taco feasts, Spanish tapas and Italian
dinners.
