BOOKING TERMS:
Malole Surf House® is not responsible for the inherent risks caused by unfortunate accidents or incidents under ordinary travel conditions. Malole Surf House® is not responsible for injuries or death, damage, loss, delays, costs, expenses or inconveniences derived from travel misfortunes beyond our control. Malole Surf House® will not accept responsibility for the client’s late arrival or the disappearance of their surfboards, surfboard cases or any other piece of luggage. Malole Surf House® is not responsible for health problems derived from environmental factors, including surfing, during their stay. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by other traveling clients. Please, bear in mind that we are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal equipment or your property during your stay with us or while taking part in any of our activities. We will not accept responsibility for injuries suffered during your stay with us or while taking part in any of our activities. We will not accept responsibility for delays, extra expenses or inconveniences directly or indirectly caused by events out of our control, i.e.: late arrival of international or domestic flights, ferry, civil disturbances, fires, floods, unusually bad weather, force majeure causes, government acts or failure of any machinery or equipment.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. After the payment of the deposit, the terms and conditions fixed by Malole Surf House®️ will be considered read and accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking without previous notice if the deposit isn´t received within 7 days of making the booking.
Balance of the invoice shall be paid 1 month prior arrival.
If the reservation is not paid in full Malole reserves the right to re-book the room.
If payments are done by bank transfer the amount credited will be the amount we receive on our account. A bank statement will be available.
There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures or late arrivals from Malole Surf House® due to, poor surf, bad weather, flight or ferry delay, injury, or any other reason. Additionally, there are no refunds paid for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, natural, or local political situations, including weather, natural disasters, disease, war, acts of terrorism, or missed airline flights due to any travel delays.
There are no refunds in case of no show, weather the client informed previously the hotel or not.
If a trip is canceled for reasons outside of the control of Malole Surf House®, for example, due to the occurrence of a natural disaster, an act of terrorism, civil unrest, an act of fraud, disease, or any other act or occurrence causing legal incapacity of Malole Surf House® to deliver on its part, then the Company will endeavor to reschedule your booking to such time that the Company can deliver, and the Client accepts this potential disruption and shall not hold the Company liable in any way. In extreme circumstances where the Company may ultimately be unable to deliver its services, then the Client accepts this risk and shall not be entitled to seek compensation in such a situation occurring.
Bookings made at Malole are personal and non-transferable. The reservation holder must be the individual staying at the hotel. Any attempt to transfer the reservation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
AMENDMENT DUE TO COVID-19:
If having a COVID-19 related complication affecting your ability to travel, Such as border closure, flight cancellation, medical reasons such as a positive test, your deposited money shall be applied as a credit to be used toward a future booking (Within the same year)
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel Insurance is mandatory for all Malole Surf House® guests.
DOCUMENTATION:
Upon entry into Indonesia, all passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
For certain nationalities, a valid visa is required for travel. Please consult with your Embassy well in advance to find out what rules apply to you.
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Malole Surf House® is not responsible for airline board fees or baggage policies.
Malole Surf House® does not accept any financial responsibility for late arrival or non-arrival of surfboards/surfboard bags or any other luggage.
