Ocean View Accommodation
The two main houses capture blue-green lagoon and whitewater panoramas. Each is architecturally crafted in Rotenese fashion with Western accompaniments. Surrounded by gardened walkways, the structures offer traditional Indonesian craftsmanship, comfort and privacy. Features include traditional stonework, outdoor seating and ample storage for sports gear. The property is surrounded by Rote’s signature natural stone and palm fencing, which ensures privacy and security without obstructing sea views.
Room servicing is available daily and all of the modern electrical conveniences (cooling fans, laptop wireless and reading lamps) are provided.
Main house
Upstairs master bedroom commands a 180-degree sweeping, wide-open porthole to the Sea. Expansive (25ft x 33ft or 11m x 7.5), with high open rafters draped with a suspended hammock. Accentuated in bamboo, this palatial room has a king size bed (spring bed), and two comfortable day beds (spring beds). Desk and conversation area; Private bath and veranda with exercise bench. This room can comfortably accommodate a single guest, a couple, or up to 3 singles or a family with two children.
Downstairs room (25ft x 23 ft, 7.5m x 7.5m), with Queen sized bed, two-day beds (spring beds), private bathroom and ocean view veranda. Accommodation suited for a single, a couple or up to three singles.
Guesthouse
Room Two (12ft x 12ft, 3.5m x 3.5m). Complete with private bath, queen bed and single bed in separate room. Sleeps one couple, 1 or 2 single, or a couple with a child.
Room One (12ft x 18ft, 3.5x 5.5 m). Includes private bath, two single beds. Sleeps two singles. (Optional queen bed to accommodate a couple, as required).
